Below are the documents required for dependents ( parents,wife, children) if you already have a valid Employment Pass
- Marriage Certificate & Translated copy ( attested from Foreign office Pakistan) for wife OR Family Registeration Certificate ( FRC ) from Nadra clearly mentioning your name and your dependent name (like Father, Mother or son, daughter). For children you can use birth certificate issued from Nadra mentioning yourname and child's name. All these documents should be attested from Foreign office Pakistan.
- Photo copies of all pages of passport of dependent.
- 2 passport size photo graphs with blue back ground of dependent.
- photo copy of ur passport and VISA
- Reference letter from Employer
